With more than 35 years of experience as a mental health therapist, I provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, separation, stress and major life transitions.
I have extensive experience working with college students and adults facing significant changes, including identity shifts, relationship changes, career transitions, and life-stage adjustments.
My approach is grounded in CBT, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can process difficult experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing and clarity.
In addition to traditional mental health counseling, I offer spiritual support and spiritual companioning for those who wish to explore questions of meaning, faith, purpose, or spiritual integration as part of their healing journey.
I accept most major insurance plans as well as self-pay clients.
